Handling High Volume PA local taxes
We are looking for a payroll software and are looking for some recommendations specifically related to how they can handle multi state and location payroll. Specifically for PA local jurisdictions. We have employees who work in PA but live in other states and it is our understanding we have to withhold and pay taxes owed to each locality they work in.
Unfortunately, we do work in multiple locations in PA and don't have an easy way to know what jurisdiction each address belongs to.
Can anyone who has employees working in multiple PA locations provide some feedback on how they handle payroll and taxes for those employees? Do you have a software that can automate the withholding and ID the proper jurisdiction to be paid?
