Payroll calendar in CA - legal?

I've joined a new company in an exempt (salaried) role. Company operates a bi-weekly (i.e. every 2 weeks, 26 pay periods) pay period calendar, however payroll payments are made 2 weeks in areas e.g.
Pay period 8
Weeks included: 3/21/21-3/27/21 and 3/28/21 - 4/3/21
Payroll Date: April 16.
Is this compliant with California's payroll labor codes, which specify that payment should be made to the employee within 7 days after the end of the pay period in which work was completed.

It does look to be out of compliance. https://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/FAQ_Paydays.htm

How do you feel about online payments? About two years ago, I thought it was a scam and never paid like this

This is one of the most innovative ideas for paying salaries, especially in the era of sigitalization in which we live. I keep using something like that, it's about https://www.thepaystubs.com/. it is enormously pleasant when you as an administrator do not have to take care of taxes, taxes and salaries. The platform created by you is a brilliant one, I think you should make a combination between what I use and what you have created. Can you give me much more details so that I can use the services offered by your platform?
