FSA deductions calculation

Maybe a dumb question, but my brain is fried with w-2 prep and ACA forms.
If a newly hired employee (started 1/15/2020) wants to contribute $500 for the plan year of 2020 and our payroll is run weekly do I set up the $500 as divided by 49 since he's already missed 3 checks out of the 52 for the year?
